Loading Dock
The loading dock entrance is on the backside of the DECC off 6th Street and features 3 low bays and 14 high bays.
Registration Desk
Stop by the Registration Desk just inside Exhibit Hall B to pick-up your exhibitor packet and badge(s).
Don’t forget to complete the Exhibitor Badge Form by Sept. 15, 2023.
Exhibitor Move-In
Exhibitor move-in time in the Exhibit Hall is Wednesday, September 27 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Exhibitor Reception
You’re invited to attend an Exhibitor Reception on Wednesday, September 27 at 3 p.m. in the Exhibitor Lounge in the back of Exhibit Hall B.

Door Prize Form
Help us make the Convention and Expo fun and exciting by donating a door prize from your company. Be a part of this win-win opportunity! Door prizes have become very popular and are an appreciated part of the event. Attendees must be present in the Exhibit Hall to win.
If your company is donating a door prize for us to announce during the Expo, please complete the online form.
Parking Information
The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati has daily valet with unlimited in/out privileges at $39 per day.
More than 5,000 parking spaces are located immediately surrounding the DECC in metered street spaces, private flat lots and privately managed garages.
NOTE: The loading dock entrance is on the backside of the DECC off 6th Street.
Service Kit
You will receive an email from Fern Exhibitor Services regarding your online Exhibitor Portal. Through OneView, you can access information, order, view, track and collaborate with your team on all the elements required to ensure you have a successful event. Each 10×10 booth comes with standard background drape, side drape, one 6’ skirted table, two side chairs, one wastebasket and one ID sign. You may order additional furniture, carpet, labor services, electrical and internet service. Also included will be information for shipping exhibit materials prior to or following the Expo. We advise you to take advantage of Fern Exhibitor Services shipping service if possible.
