Volunteers Needed for Hospitality and Registration Desks
This year’s conference theme of “Developing Greatness” certainly applies to the city of Columbus. Home of the Columbus Blue Jackets, Columbus Crew, and The Ohio State Buckeyes, Columbus is a vibrant city with a blossoming art, restaurant, and sports scene. There are multiple ways to explore the city and the OLC Hospitality and Registration team would like to share some tips that will help you enjoy the conference and Columbus.
Art, fine dining, and beautiful outdoor spaces are minutes away from the conference. The Short North gallery district is a 10-15-minute walk from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The Short North has dining options to fit every palate. You can also rent a COGO Bike at the North Market and take a short ride to Goodale Park or Topiary Park. Metered parking in the Short North is also available on most side streets. Please stop by the Hospitality Desk for a list of restaurants, shops, and parks that are near the conference. This information is also available the mobile app.
Volunteer
If you want to connect with conference attendees in a fun way please consider signing up for a volunteer shift at the OLC Registration Desk or OLC Hospitality Desk. Volunteers get the opportunity to network with their peers and are integral to the success of the conference.
